Team & Social Projects

Since I began my digital journey in 2018, I have always believed that technical skills are only part of the story—collaboration and community impact matter just as much. Over the years, I have taken part in several team-based and social initiatives that aimed to serve my local community in Tinghir and empower young people through technology and awareness.

Teamwork

I thrive in team environments and have a strong track record of:

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams: I’ve contributed to digital projects for public institutions and private sectors, handling areas like design, content management, and development.
• Building projects from the ground up with passionate teams, whether through local initiatives or national programs that required coordination, planning, and continuous communication.
• Leading when necessary: I take initiative and lead decision-making when a clear direction is needed, always ensuring alignment and cohesion within the team.

Social & Voluntary Projects

• I’ve participated in national volunteer programs supervised by the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication, earning two graduation certificates for my active contributions to youth development.
• I’ve co-organized and taken part in initiatives that aim to raise digital awareness in Tinghir, offering training sessions and workshops that introduced many individuals to the world of digital tools and technologies.
• I’m currently building Tingher Digital Coop, the region’s first digital cooperative, providing innovative services to administrations, associations, cooperatives, and private clients—while also creating local opportunities for youth.

My Impact

What sets me apart is how I integrate technical skills with a human-centered mindset. I use my expertise in programming, design, and AI to deliver not just functional solutions, but meaningful contributions to real social and community challenges.
