National Volunteer Initiative (Motatawi3 CLUB)
Description
Since the launch of the National Volunteer Program by Morocco’s Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication, I have actively participated in all three editions. The initiative aims to promote civic engagement among youth and foster a culture of collective action and community development.
Key Roles
First & Second Editions
- Served as Provincial Coordinator
- Organized workshops and volunteer campaigns within the province
- Facilitated coordination between local associations and authorities
- Supported volunteer training and activity planning on the ground
Third Edition (2025)
- Appointed as Regional Coordinator for Drâa-Tafilalet Region
- Oversaw coordination between provincial volunteer units
- Led regional strategy sessions and implementation plans
- Represented the region in high-level national platforms
National Volunteer Forum – Bouznika, Rabat
- Invited to the First National Volunteer Forum in Bouznika, Rabat
- Officially represented Drâa-Tafilalet Region among national delegates
- Delivered a TV statement on Al Aoula (Channel One) about the impact of the program in the region
- Engaged in direct dialogue with national peers and policy makers
High-Level Engagement
- Participated in a direct meeting with the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication during the Bouznika forum
- Contributed to discussions on the future of the National Volunteer Program
- Shared feedback and field experiences to support youth inclusion and program improvement
Impact
- Mobilized dozens of youth volunteers across multiple provinces
- Strengthened institutional collaboration at both local and regional levels
- Amplified rural youth voices at the national level
